DEV's staff

Mr. Berthoud received his engineering degree from the Institute of Microtechnology at the University of Neuchâtel and also has significant experience in business management, in particular in the high technology field. He has held numerous positions, including Sales Director and sitting on management boards, in private, multinational companies in Switzerland. He has served as the Director of DEV since 2006.

Mr. Conne is an economist with significant experience in the fields of finance, business administration and human resources in Switzerland and Europe, holding positions within headquarters of American companies. He joined DEV in July 1994 as a Senior Project Director and initially was responsible for the American market. Currently, he focuses on the European market and ensures the follow-up support for companies which have already set up their activities in the Canton of Vaud.

Ms. Bamonte is an Executive Assistant with DEV, and received her certification as a commercial employee through the Swiss apprenticeship program as well as a federal diploma as an executive assistant. Ms Bamonte has worked in technology companies and in the private insurance sector.

Graduate by IATA as a travel agent, Ms Lara Schneiter acquired her experience and then by an international accounting firm. She has joined the DEV in 2008. Project director assistant.

Yuliya Blaser has gained her Master of Arts degree in Foreign Languages and a degree in Economics. After some years of experience in the metallurgical industry as a translator, Ms. Yuliya Blaser worked in the luxury hotel industry. She joined DEV in January 2010 as a project director assistant.

Ms Alexandra Moreno received an European Bachelor in Public Relations. She is completing her education with the SAWI certificate of Specialist in Luxury Marketing. She worked in an international Commercial Chamber before joined the DEV, in 2011. Ms Moreno is meanly in charge of economic missions. Project director assistant.

Ms. Favre graduated from the Ecole Hôtelière of Lausanne as an executive assistant. She worked for ten years in the tourism sector and in the luxury hotel industry and subsequently in a multinational company based in the region. She joined DEV in September 2006 and is responsible for DEV’s real estate sector.
